The Armory (Rentals):

Procedure:
Explore the Armory page and craft your wishlist. If you find yourself longing for more
options or have a specific item in mind, don't hesitate to get in touch!
Share your wishlist with us upon completion. We'll delve into the details with any necessary clarifying questions.
After everything is squared away, we'll dispatch a quote featuring the terms and conditions.
Once you give the green light and affix your signature, a 50% deposit of the total is required. The remaining balance is expected seven days before the event.
All of our packages are completely customizable to your & your event's needs - these are general descriptions of each but all can add or subtract duties as desired. Baseline stays the same with subtractions but subject to increase with additions. Travel fees also not included.

  • We LOVE working with Emili! We chose Emili as the day-of-coordinator for our wedding, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. My husband and I wanted a pretty laidback small wedding and did not have a lot of insights/initial prep on the wedding details. Emili was very kind and patient throughout the entire process. She constantly reminded us (me) that it was OUR wedding and that ultimately whatever made us happy was what we should do or go with. Emili also took over as the contact person to all our vendors 30 days prior to the big day, which definitely relieved some stress off of our backs. During the rehearsal, I briefly walked through the décor set up with Emili and she knocked it out of the park on the wedding day! On the big day, we ran into some minor hiccups with having to move the timelines around and not having enough seats for the guests.   • Emili was our wonderful Wedding Coordinator. Sometimes called  a 'Day-Of' Coordinator but she was truly anything but a one day and one day only planner. We started working together 4 months before the wedding where she was incredibly supportive and on-top of things. She took over EVERYTHING 30 days before the wedding. I literally could let go of all communication to vendors and completely trusted putting everything in Emili's hands. Emili also completely decorated our ceremony and reception with shockingly little direction from me - and pulled out an absolutely beautiful aesthetic with my hodge podge of decorations. Incredible! The reception had some vendor vs. unruly guest drama and Emili protected us (bride and groom) from that drama to make sure we were kept in wedding day bliss. I could truly see that Emili cared about my wedding and would have possibly fought a bear to ensure it went well. Which is everything I could have asked for in a Wedding Coordinator - the support and protection and passion we needed! We all need really.   • We hired Emili for our day-of coordinator and we could not have been happier with her! We book her over 6 months out and despite hiring her for day-of coordination, she was communicative and helpful the entire time. She was very pleasant and always willing to meet with us to check in to see how things were going and if we needed help with anything. She came with us to view the venue, attended our rehearsal and made sure things ran smooth the day of. During the day of, she was always checking in with us and updating us on how things were going, and making sure we ate something! haha We definitely recommend her for weddings or any event. - Kyra Gerner
